Roasted in Prishtina, one curve at a time.
Coffee Profile began with a simple frustration: great coffee arrived with no story attached. So we started roasting our own, and promised to tell you everything we know about every bean we sell.
We wanted to know who grew it, how high the farm sat, how the cherries were processed and why it tasted the way it did. When we couldn’t find those answers, we went looking for them ourselves, cup by cup and batch by batch.
What began as a hobby in Prishtina became a small roastery, then a café, then a community of people who care about the same questions. We are still asking them every week.
2017A pan, a window, and a lot of smoke
It started in a small kitchen in Prishtina, roasting green beans in a frying pan with the window wide open. Most batches were burnt. A few were extraordinary, and those were enough to keep going.
2019The first real roaster
Savings went into a secondhand drum roaster tucked into a garage. We roasted at night, logged every curve by hand, and sold bags to friends, neighbours and the cafés willing to take a chance on us.
2021Giving every coffee a profile
We designed a bag that tells you everything we know: the farm, the altitude, the process, and where it sits on body, sweetness and acidity. The label became the name. Coffee Profile was official.
TodayA table everyone can sit at
Now we roast every week in Prishtina, pour at our flagship café, and open the cupping table to anyone who wants to taste side by side. The pan is retired, but the curiosity never left.

“We never wanted to be the loudest roaster in the room. Just the one that tells you the truth about your cup.”
