Roasted in small batches every week, Colombia – Women Project is a medium roast built for the daily ritual. It pours caramelised almond, tangerine & honey, generous enough for an espresso and clear enough to shine as a filter.
Grown at 1750–1900m in Colombia and washed, the lot is sourced directly and roasted to bring out its natural sweetness rather than cover it up.
Made to be brewed often, it holds up just as well with milk as it does black, from the first cup of the morning to the one after dinner.
Expect caramelised almond up front, opening into tangerine as it cools, with honey lingering on the finish.

Espresso: 18g in, 40g out in 28–32 seconds. Pull it a touch shorter if you take it with milk.
Pour-over: 15g to 250g of water at 93°C, medium-fine grind, around three minutes in total.
French press: 30g to 500g of water, coarse grind, four minutes, then break the crust and pour.
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard, away from heat and moisture. Please skip the fridge, where beans pick up damp and other flavours.
Beans are at their best between one and four weeks after the roast date printed on the bag. Grind just before brewing for the fullest cup.
